When will I get my items?
As each piece is handmade to order, please allow 2-4 weeks from ordering to shipping. It may even ship sooner, depending on how long my queue is! If you order an item listed as in stock, it will ship in 1-2 days. If your order includes both in stock and custom made items, they stock items will ship when your custom garments are ready.
Why does it take so long?
I am currently a one-woman business and I do everything from designing, making patterns, grading sizes, sewing, finishing and shipping myself! I make each garment especially for you. This ensures that your handmade items are created with care and precision. Thank you for supporting ethically made garments!
Do you take custom orders?
Yes! Customizations are always welcome. If you love a certain piece but dream of it in another color, or know that a slight design change would take a piece from an "almost" to a "YES PLEASE" for you, please contact me to inquire about feasibility and pricing.
What if I don't see my size listed, or I don't know which size to order?
If you fall in between or outside of the listed sizes, please contact me with your measurements, concerns, and the item in question to inquire about sizing.
I am a larger size than what I see on your size chart. Can you make items for me?
Yes! I believe that being sexy is for every body, and that includes yours! As I make each piece to order and do all of my own patternmaking, I can customize a size just for you. Please contact me and we'll work together to create an item in your size.
CRAP! I have a show/event/hot date next week--can you do a rush order?
I fulfill orders in the order that they were received. However, sometimes my production lead time is shorter and I am able to whip up something quickly. Please contact me before you order to check if I can meet your deadline.
Do I really need to hand-wash my items?
While hand-washing will prolong the life of your garments (thus why it is recommended), it is not entirely necessary for many pieces. The things that are important: cold water, placing small items in a mesh lingerie bag, and air drying. Entirely velvet items may be put in the dryer on a low setting.
Can I return items?
Due to the intimate nature of lingerie, no returns are accepted and all sales are final. In the unlikely event that you were sent the wrong item or size, I will make sure you get the correct item. Please make sure any sizing questions or other concerns are addressed before placing your order! I'm just an email away.
How will you ship my items?
All orders are currently shipped via USPS Priority Mail and are fully insured. International orders are shipped USPS, and will be transferred to your national postal service upon clearing customs. You are responsible for paying customs fees if applicable. If there is a service you prefer to ship with, please let me know before ordering!
Oops; I put the wrong shipping address in at checkout!
Please double and triple check your addresses! If you pay with PayPal, whatever shipping address is on file with them will be imported to your order with me. Make sure these are up to date! If you receive your order receipt and see that the address is incorrect, contact me ASAP so I can remedy the issue before shipment. I am not responsible for items sent to an incorrect address.
Oh no! My order is lost!
If the postal service lost the package, I will file a claim with them as every package is insured. If the package went missing after delivery, unfortunately there is nothing I or the postal service is able to do about this. Check with your neighbors to see if it was delivered to or received by one of them. I am not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address, so please check that your address is correct at checkout.
